Tracker, ProVest’s web-based proprietary system, works to streamline field data research and day-to-day reporting, including billing and case management. This end-to-end case management system was built by ProVest’s Development Team.

Capabilities
Using Tracker, ProVest’s clients can instantly upload or download field data and images to partners and corporate offices. Additionally, clients have continual real-time access to status updates within Tracker. For each case a client sends to ProVest, Tracker provides complete step-by-step online tracking information. The system provides detailed information about each case and each defendant within that case. Its robust reporting features allow users to quickly track and follow up on file-specific actions throughout the lifecycle of a case. Immediately, all parties know where and when papers were served, a homeowner’s physical location, and what information was disseminated. Tracker delivers capabilities such as data import/export from its contractor management system (CMS), online status updates, and document imaging – qualities which serve to make ProVest the leading provider of technology-driven Process Services.
