Capabilities
The PSO solution was developed to address these needs by streamlining the Process Server’s data entry requirements. By accessing ProVest’s PSO web portal using the handheld PSO Mobile device, Process Servers can update cases on-the-fly.
Notes and photographs can instantly be added while in the field or at the premise, eliminating the need to return to the office and transcribe notes. PSO works in concert with PSO Mobile, ProVest’s hand-held field solution, and allows Process Servers to provide real-time status updates.
This portability is key for Process Servers. With dispersed geographic areas to cover, the PSO device allows the Server to work effectively and efficiently without stopping to update records, call in, or perform data entry activities. As with all of ProVest’s services, these offerings are built on advanced technology, setting the solution apart from any other product offering.
